Education & Engagement
Your Business Has a Story Worth Understanding
Every business has something valuable behind it. My first job is to understand what that is. I listen, learn what makes your business different, and identify the ideas, experience, and strengths your prospective customers need to understand.
Then we translate that value into your website through clear messaging, thoughtful design, and a structure that guides visitors from initial interest to deeper understanding.
That philosophy is also where the name Zade Balance comes from.
A Different Kind of Web Partnership
Understanding Comes First
Before we design or build, we take the time to understand your business. We want to know what you offer, why it matters, and what makes it genuinely valuable. We’ll give you honest feedback, help clarify ideas that aren’t quite there yet, and tell you with conviction when we see something that’s gold.
-
Listen & Learn
We learn your business so we can understand what you're trying to communicate.
-
Recognize the Gold
We identify the strengths, ideas, and value your prospective customers need to see.
-
Communicate Clearly
We explain website decisions in understandable terms instead of confusing things with technical jargon.
-
Work With Integrity
We recommend what we believe your business actually needs, not what allows us to sell you the most services.

No. Domain and hosting fees are separate. You can purchase these on your own. If you would like Zade Balance to host and maintain your site, it is $25 a month. See the next Q&A about our website care plan.
We can also assist you with purchasing your domain at no additional charge. You will only be responsible for the actual purchase and annual renewal fees, which are usually around $10-$20.
Yes. We take care of any issues and site maintenance for 90 days after the site is launched. After that period, keep in mind that your site must be maintained to stay up to date with the internet.
This is included in the hosting/maintenance cost – $25/month. If you would like to host the website yourself, our maintenance plan is $12.50/month.
Our maintenance plan includes keeping WordPress core and plugins updated, troubleshooting any issues that arise in the existing website, and keeping the site secure, healthy, and performing well.
If you accidentally break your site by adding third-party plugins or other functionalities on your own, no worries. We can still help troubleshoot and repair. The cost will fall under our normal service fee – $75/hour.
If you would like to add new content, images, sections, pages, forms, or any other functionality, we charge $75 an hour.
Custom Business Website: $2500
A complete custom WordPress website with strategy, guided content development, responsive design, SEO foundations, and the functionality most small businesses need.
Advanced Website: $5000
For businesses needing more complex content, custom functionality, deeper SEO/AEO research, or integrations.
1. Content & Strategy
We begin by developing the content for your website. Together, we’ll clarify what your organization offers, who you serve, and why your services are valuable. We also identify relevant search keywords and naturally incorporate them into your content to support your SEO goals.
2. Design Mockup
Next, we create a full-color mockup of your website using your branding, images, and content. This allows you to see and approve the overall look and feel of the site before development begins.
3. Review & Refinement
We review the design together and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the website accurately reflects your vision and business goals.
4. Website Development
Once the design is approved, we build your website using a custom WordPress content management system. This allows you to easily update text, images, and other content yourself without needing technical expertise or worrying about breaking the design.
5. Launch & Support
When everything is complete, we handle the technical aspects of launching your website, including migration, DNS updates, hosting configuration, and testing. After launch, we remain available for ongoing support and maintenance as needed.

An e-commerce website includes everything in the Custom Business Website plus your e-commerce store set up.
You can choose to use WooCommerce, which is more customizable and economical or you can choose another platform like Shopify, which is less customizable and economical.
You might choose to use a premium plugin if you have unique shipping processes or payment gateways. You will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining payment on premium plugins.
If you choose Shopify, you will be responsible for all their fees. Shopify will host your site so you won’t need any other hosting service. But you will still need a domain.
If your site is smaller, we can negotiate a lower price.
Yes, but I approach social media as part of a larger content strategy rather than creating isolated posts just to stay active. The goal is to start with valuable content on your website, such as a blog post, and then expand those ideas into social posts, reels, short ads, YouTube videos, podcasts, and other formats. This Content Marketing service is currently being developed. If you’re interested, contact me and we can discuss what would make sense for your business.
